Ömer Karpuzoğlu is a co-founder of Ormet Metal, established in 1985, and leads the company’s accounting and administrative operations.

With nearly 50 years of experience in accounting, he has held key accounting roles at Singer Inc. Turkey and Philip Brothers (Phibro Turkey), contributing to strategic growth and risk management initiatives.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Istanbul and earned the Certified Internal Auditor (CIA) designation, specializing in risk management and control processes.
