Boni Salis began his business career in 1989 and joined Ormet in 1998. He was appointed to the Board of Directors in 2025.

With more than three decades of experience in international raw-materials trading, he is a seasoned commodity professional who has played a key role in expanding the company’s sourcing footprint, building long-term partnerships, and driving strategic growth initiatives.

He currently leads Ormet’s global business development activities across multiple markets.

He holds a degree in Business Administration from the University of Istanbul.
